We create bespoke private Christmas celebrations for families and groups. We bring together an exceptional private estate, dining, entertainment and festive experiences, with the details shaped around how you would like to celebrate.
How bespoke can our Christmas be?
Every celebration is designed around you. Prefer goose instead of turkey for Christmas dinner, or something entirely different? Would you like a particular family recipe recreated, a favourite wine waiting when you arrive, live music after dinner or Father Christmas to visit the children? Tell us how your family celebrates, and we'll design the experience around you.
Are you a hotel or single estate?
No. Sleighdon Halls is not a hotel and we do not operate a single property. We work with private estates across the UK and identify a suitable setting based on your group, dates and preferences.
What group sizes do you accommodate?
Our celebrations are designed primarily for larger families and groups, typically from around 8 guests upwards. We can accommodate larger parties depending on your requirements and the estates available.
Do we choose the estate?
Rather than limiting you to a fixed collection of properties, we identify suitable private estates based on your group, dates, preferences and the Christmas you would like us to create.
What can you arrange?
Depending on your celebration, this might include bespoke private dining, festive styling, housekeeping, live entertainment, children's experiences and more. Your event is personally designed before your arrival, with additional arrangements incorporated around your requirements.
Can we bring pets?
Pet policies vary by estate, and we will always endeavor to source a pet-friendly estate for your party.
When should I enquire?
Premium estates can be booked well in advance, particularly for Christmas and New Year. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to maximise the range of options available.
How much does it cost?
Bespoke Christmas celebrations typically start from around £20,000. For context, this equates to £2,000 per person for 10 guests, around £1,330 per person for 15, or £1,000 per person for 20. Final pricing depends on the estate, length of stay and arrangements you choose.
