  • Every stay includes, at a minimum, your private estate and Christmas dinner served. From there we add the extras that suit your group, such as daily housekeeping, stocked fridges, entertainment or a visit from Father Christmas, all agreed in your proposal so there are no surprises.

  • We'll talk through your dates, your group and how you like to celebrate, then come back with estate options and a proposal. Enquiring costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  • As early as you can, as the best estates go quickly for Christmas and New Year. If you're enquiring late, still get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

  • No. We source premium estates across the UK matched to your needs. The final choice is made based on your briefing.

  • As we work with mainly large houses and estates in the UK, generally we would advise that stays are suitable for large groups and multi-generational family gatherings.

  • Every stay is priced around your group, so there's no fixed price. As a guide, stays generally start from £30 000. The final figure depends on your group size, the estate, your dates and any extras, and we'll give you a clear proposal before you commit to anything.

  • Yes, we plan around your whole group, including children's activities and any dietary requirements. Pet policies vary by estate, so just ask and we'll check.

  • Yes. Our main focus is Christmas and New Year celebrations. Christmas-themed stays in the lead up to Christmas are also possible. If you have something different in mind, let us know.

  • After you fill our enquiry form a member of our team will contact you to discuss your ideas and preferences. Once aligned, we will then source your estate, and begin the process of arranging the other elements of your stay. A proposal will then follow. Only once the proposal is accepted does payment follow, the precise structuring of this is dependent on your specific celebration.

  • We can arrange a number of additions including private singer/musician, Christmas-themed activities and parties for children, private catering, housekeeping, chauffeuring and photography. Just let us know what you have in mind.
